Gide Plug® is a white, porous, pliable, and fully absorbable collagen wound dressing designed for oral surgical applications. It is fabricated from a highly purified type I collagen matrix derived from bovine tendon tissue, ensuring excellent biocompatibility and performance in wound healing.

Gide Plug® is designed to conform easily to oral wounds, providing an effective barrier that protects the wound bed while supporting natural healing processes. Its high porosity enhances blood absorption, promotes platelet aggregation, and stabilizes the blood clot—key steps for successful soft tissue regeneration and socket preservation.
